For small and medium charities in the UK, it can be difficult to find skilled staff. And outsourcing to other countries is difficult if you don’t know how.

We find our amazing Karmanauts all over India. But this isn’t typical outsourcing to India.
Firstly, we don’t charge the same prices the big outsourcing companies would. Secondly, we treat our Karmanauts well. And finally, we use a portion of the profits to help charities in India. So, everyone benefits.
Currently we provide Data Analytics; Xero bookkeeping; Breathe HR support; Volunteero support and IT helpdesk. But don’t hesitate to contact us if you have a different need – we can try!
It is just a fact - India is a lower cost economy than the UK. We charge a lower rate than you would find for UK staff, but obviously higher than the India salaries. The difference is used to benefit our staff; make a working profit and to make a contribution to our charitable cases in India.
We take every care to find you the best possible team. We look for good English language skills, a positive outlook, an ability to build a rapport on video calls and a positive attitude to learning. We ensure they have a quality internet connection and backup power.
All of our staff receive market salaries; performance and ‘great work awards’; good working conditions; healthcare insurance and eyecare. We also provide support for training and new skill development. We regularly find people in remote locations, enabling them to work from home and care for family members or communities. Working from home isn’t what you would imagine – we regularly buy our Karmanuats desks and chairs if required!
You will be working with Karmanauts Ltd which is a UK company. We have a subsidiary in India which employs all of the Karmanauts and handles payroll, benefits and manages the staff. Your invoices will come from the UK with UK VAT applied.
